Description

  • Develop and maintain system and product integration plans, including sequencing, interface readiness, test objectives, risk areas, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Drive alignment across systems engineering, hardware engineering, integration and test, project management, procurement, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify, track, and help resolve technical and programmatic integration risks, gaps, and blockers.
  • Support requirements flow down, interface management, verification planning, integration readiness reviews, and test readiness activities.
  • Coordinate integration inputs across design, procurement, manufacturing, assembly, test, and delivery schedules.
  • Communicate integration status, risks, decisions, and priorities to technical teams, project leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Work across complex hardware system integration from design through validation, verification, and deployment.
  • Support remote collaboration and onsite onboarding/travel expectations as needed for team meetings and company events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as nuclear engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, systems engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 5–10 years of experience in systems engineering and integration of complex hardware systems.
  • Proven experience working with Systems Engineering, Integration and Test, or SEIT-type teams in a cross-functional engineering environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate across engineering, project management, procurement, manufacturing, suppliers, and test organizations.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive alignment across competing priorities.
  • Experience supporting system integration activities in a highly regulated or technically complex industry.
  • Advanced degree in engineering, systems engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
  • Proficiency with systems engineering tools and processes for requirements management, interface management, verification planning, or system architecture (preferred).
  • Experience with interface control drawings within CAD platforms such as Solidworks or NX (preferred).
  • Familiarity with systems engineering standards or practices such as INCOSE, and experience with MBSE principles, methods, or tools (preferred).
