Description

  • Architect Offchain’s long-term financial roadmap to align fiscal strategy with growth targets and ecosystem evolution.
  • Lead treasury management and capital allocation strategies to optimize liquidity and risk in a digital-asset-centric environment.
  • Establish enterprise-level standards for financial reporting, audit readiness, and internal controls.
  • Partner with the executive team by providing data-driven insights, financial modeling, and decision support.
  • Design and implement a scalable finance tech stack and data infrastructure that automates reconciliations and improves performance visibility.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives including M&A activity and complex tax structuring.
  • Own relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and strategic partners to ensure compliance and high-quality reporting.
  • Assess the current finance function and create an execution plan to improve financial operations and infrastructure.
  • Build, mentor, and scale high-performing finance and accounting teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with significant scale-up experience in high-growth technology environments.
  • A track record of influencing company strategy, fundraising, and organizational design at the board and executive levels.
  • Experience building, mentoring, and scaling finance and accounting teams from the ground up.
  • Mastery of complex financial modeling and the ability to synthesize multifaceted data into clear executive narratives.
  • Ability to bring structure and discipline to ambiguous, fast-paced environments while maintaining startup agility.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for board, investor, and regulatory audiences.
  • Experience in Web3 or fintech, with understanding of digital asset treasury management and blockchain-native financial operations is preferred.
