Description

  • Provide high-touch administrative support to the CEO so they can focus on company priorities.
  • Manage complex, time-sensitive scheduling and resolve conflicting calendar demands proactively.
  • Anticipate the CEO’s business and personal needs and take initiative to stay ahead of them.
  • Maintain strict security, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and agendas for the CEO.
  • Support project coordination and event planning, including off-sites and employee retreats.
  • Manage a high volume of email, flagging priorities and coordinating calls and meetings.
  • Draft and prepare confidential correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Track and process expense reports accurately.
  • Improve efficiency and organization by identifying process improvements and information flow needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience providing high-touch, concierge-like support to a C-suite executive.
  • Experience supporting C-level executives in a high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record with late-stage technology startups or established public technology companies.
  • Strong ability to manage intricate, time-sensitive scheduling and conflicting priorities.
  • Experience organizing detailed travel, itineraries, and agendas.
  • Experience coordinating projects and event planning activities, including off-site meetings and employee retreats.
  • Experience managing high volumes of email and coordinating calls and meetings.
  • Experience drafting confidential correspondence for C-suite executives.
  • Proficiency handling expense reports.
  • Based in North America (EST) or the United Kingdom.
