Description

  • Own the UX process end to end, from research and concept development through prototyping, user testing, and iteration.
  • Design simple, intuitive experiences for complex data-heavy interfaces.
  • Define and refine user flows for match and tournament pages, player and team profiles, news and content discovery, onboarding, and gamification.
  • Collaborate closely with product management, the data team, and front-end engineers.
  • Conduct UX research, including interviews and usability testing, to inform product decisions.
  • Transform user insights into clear design and product directions.
  • Advocate for users while balancing speed, scope, and product priorities.
  • Bring new ideas and creative approaches to improve the product experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of UX design experience.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates UX thinking and process.
  • Excellent information architecture skills and the ability to bring clarity to complex interfaces.
  • Experience designing web applications with heavy data context.
  • Mastery of Figma.
  • Experience running research and usability testing.
  • Experience working with design systems.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent English.
  • Experience working with Next.js / React teams is relevant to the role.
