Description

  • Monitor betting activity across live and pre-match sports and esports events.
  • Profile players to identify advantage play or unusual behavior and apply account limitations when needed.
  • Investigate suspicious betting patterns, operational incidents, and match-related issues.
  • Track risk exposure and support day-to-day risk management decisions.
  • Review bets and settlements.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for B2B operators and liaise with sportsbook and data providers.
  • Collaborate with Trading, Product, and Development teams.
  • Prepare reports and ad-hoc analyses using risk, trading, reporting, and provider tools.
  • Recommend improvements to risk processes and desk operations.

Requirements

  • Experience in sports, esports, betting, Risk, Trading, Fraud, or a similar operational role.
  • Ability to independently manage risk for live and pre-match events and make day-to-day operational decisions.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and player profiling skills.
  • Understanding of sportsbook operations, workflows, and betting markets.
  • Ability to investigate incidents, assess risk, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in sports, esports, and the betting industry.
  • Strong communication skills for working with international B2B partners, operators, and providers.
  • English proficiency at B2 level.
  • Willingness to work rotating 8-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
  • Reliable internet connection and home-office setup with a PC or laptop and at least two monitors.
  • Experience with B2B clients, sportsbook providers, AI tools, mentoring teammates, or improving risk processes (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, IT, or a related field (preferred).
