Description

  • Integrate and support Oddin.gg digital products, including data feeds, APIs, and digital turn-key solutions, within customer platforms.
  • Work closely with customer IT teams and Oddin.gg product, development, and sales teams to onboard new and existing customers.
  • Communicate directly with international B2B customers across multiple locations.
  • Take ownership of technical issues, troubleshoot problems, escalate when needed, and drive them to resolution.
  • Provide technical support and advice to customers during integration and ongoing service use.
  • Perform technical and operational coordination between customers and Oddin.gg internal departments.
  • Create, maintain, and update technical documentation and the knowledge base.
  • Handle multiple customer engagements simultaneously while maintaining service quality.

Requirements

  • Technical education or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Experience in technical support or sales operations.
  • Basic understanding of web technologies and communication protocols.
  • Basic understanding of, or willingness to learn, esports and betting industries.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technical skills and technologies.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
  • Positive, diplomatic, and approachable demeanor.
  • Basic HTML and CSS knowledge is a plus.
  • Basic programming knowledge is a plus.
  • XML knowledge is a plus.
  • Basic API and database knowledge is a plus.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
