Description

  • Partner with the sales team to support technical sales conversations and customer engagements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for prospective and current clients.
  • Understand customer needs and develop tailored security solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
  • Prepare technical proposals and presentations that clearly communicate the platform’s value.
  • Lead technical pre-sales activities, including discovery, demonstrations, and stakeholder evangelism.
  • Manage and execute proof-of-concept engagements.
  • Address technical objections and concerns during the sales process.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation, successful deployments, and post-sales troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a significant portion in customer-facing roles such as Sales Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of identity management concepts, including authentication, authorization, access control, user directories, and identity governance.
  • Experience with privileged access management and user attestation.
  • Deep expertise in at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP, including its security services.
  • Familiarity with cloud security best practices, including CSPM, CASB, and cloud infrastructure security.
  • Experience with SaaS solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to customers and stakeholders.
  • Experience in application security and identity management is highly relevant.
  • Master's degree preferred.
