Description

  • Provide exceptional customer support across telephone, email, chat, and ticketing channels.
  • Answer inbound customer service and technical support calls.
  • Use documentation and support resources to resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle customer service and payment requests in a timely manner.
  • Resolve occasionally critical or difficult situations with professionalism and tact.
  • Work within scheduled shifts, procedures, metrics, and departmental goals.
  • Identify recurring issues and report trends to support process improvement.
  • Perform other related tasks essential to the company’s success and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • English written and spoken proficiency is required as the primary working language.
  • Spanish written proficiency is preferred and spoken proficiency is required.
  • Availability to work business hours and scheduled shifts, including 8:00 AM-6:00 PM EST and 11:00 AM-8:00 PM EST.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team while meeting individual accountabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
  • Comfort with well-documented processes and investigating solutions when process documentation is missing.
  • Motivation for professional skill development and continuous learning.
  • Experience in customer support or technical support is implied by the role, though not explicitly required.
