Description

  • Execute high-volume prospecting, cold calling, and digital outreach to build a pipeline of new salon accounts and hair professionals.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial contact through close and consistently meet or exceed monthly new account quotas.
  • Present Nutrafol’s product portfolio, clinical credibility, and retail revenue value to salon owners and decision-makers virtually.
  • Use promotions, marketing initiatives, and product launch strategies to create urgency and close new business.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff of newly signed accounts to the Account Management team for onboarding and ongoing growth.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce, including lead tracking, activity logging, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Marketing to align on brand messaging and onboarding processes.
  • Represent Nutrafol with honesty, integrity, and professionalism while upholding brand standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant sales experience.
  • 2–4 years of success in inside sales, B2B outbound sales, or business development with a track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Preferred experience in the beauty, salon, luxury retail, or wellness industry selling to professionals or business owners.
  • Strong hunter mentality with proven objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills over phone and video.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills with the ability to build rapport quickly in virtual settings.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-activity digital sales environment.
  • Solution-oriented problem solver and collaborative, competitive team player.
