Description

  • Oversee daily delivery of strategic implementations, ensuring timely progress, quality standards, and activation readiness.
  • Align project plans and milestones with customer outcomes and time-to-value goals.
  • Resolve customer escalations and project blockers while maintaining clear communication and a positive experience.
  • Coach, develop, and provide ongoing feedback to Implementation Managers.
  • Monitor KPIs including time to value, activation readiness, on-time delivery, CSAT, utilization, and escalation trends.
  • Standardize project plans, RAID logs, documentation, and status reporting.
  • Manage team assignments and capacity to meet customer needs.
  • Partner with Product, Support, Customer Success, Content, and Sales to remove blockers and support handoffs.
  • Help the team adopt evolving tools, processes, and performance expectations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, delivery management, onboarding, or professional services, including team leadership.
  • Demonstrated success managing customer implementations or multi-stakeholder programs.
  • Experience with coaching, performance development, and culture building.
  • Strong customer-facing and executive-level communication skills, including difficult conversations.
  • Proficiency with project plans, RAID logs, CRM/PSA systems, and implementation frameworks.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Experience managing KPIs and using performance trends to drive operational improvements.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Leadership or project management certification preferred.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary of $90,000–$100,000.
  • Annual bonus opportunity of 15%.
