Description

  • Own the high-net-worth sales process from opportunity creation through verbal commitment and handoff.
  • Define prospect qualification, sales stages, opportunity aging, meeting standards, and specialist participation.
  • Track active opportunities, resolve stalled deals, and provide guidance, templates, and status updates to field teams.
  • Maintain Salesforce pipeline data, stage definitions, hygiene standards, and a certified source of truth.
  • Partner with Salesforce IT to develop governed dashboards and deliver biweekly pipeline reporting to senior leaders.
  • Build and maintain training, onboarding materials, playbooks, and templates; measure adoption and provide coaching.
  • Collaborate with Deal Desk to identify patterns from closed opportunities and improve the program.
  • Partner with IT, Operations, Marketing, Learning & Development, and Compliance on program needs.
  • Resolve channel overlap, forecast specialist capacity, and surface constraints before they delay deals.
  • Develop business cases and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales operations, program management, or revenue enablement, preferably in wealth management or financial services.
  • Strong Salesforce skills, including dashboards, pipeline hygiene, and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of tax, estate planning, financial planning, and investments.
  • Hands-on AI experience in a professional setting.
  • Ability to coordinate teams and drive decisions without relying on formal authority.
  • Strong written communication and ability to translate data into executive recommendations.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach with the ability to identify trends and address issues early.
  • Comfort creating structure in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
  • Availability Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with occasional early or late hours.
  • Ability to work in a professional office or dedicated home-office environment.

  • Base salary of $110,000–$120,000, plus eligibility for incentive compensation.
