Description

  • Own the full recruitment cycle from sourcing through offer and close.
  • Personally source the majority of candidates for open roles, especially in low-brand-recognition startup environments.
  • Recruit for engineering roles and support product hiring when needed.
  • Work closely with a collaborative team operating across PST and MST core hours.
  • Drive hiring execution in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • Iterate recruiting strategies based on results and feedback.
  • Contribute to scaling the recruiting function as responsibilities expand over time.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an early-stage startup or agency.
  • Strong sourcing experience with at least 80% of hires personally sourced.
  • Deep knowledge of engineering hiring.
  • Product hiring experience is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fully remote role with core working hours aligned to PST and MST.
  • Experience recruiting in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
  • Strong execution and a consistent track record of delivering results.
  • Growth mindset with the ability to take feedback and adapt creatively.
  • Open to mid-level, senior, or staff-level recruiters based on mindset and approach.
