Description

Own the full recruitment cycle from sourcing through offer and close.
Personally source the majority of candidates for open roles, especially in low-brand-recognition startup environments.
Recruit for engineering roles and support product hiring when needed.
Work closely with a collaborative team operating across PST and MST core hours.
Drive hiring execution in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Iterate recruiting strategies based on results and feedback.
Contribute to scaling the recruiting function as responsibilities expand over time.

Requirements

2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an early-stage startup or agency.
Strong sourcing experience with at least 80% of hires personally sourced.
Deep knowledge of engineering hiring.
Product hiring experience is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fully remote role with core working hours aligned to PST and MST.
Experience recruiting in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
Strong execution and a consistent track record of delivering results.
Growth mindset with the ability to take feedback and adapt creatively.
Open to mid-level, senior, or staff-level recruiters based on mindset and approach.
