Description

  • Partner with Technical Recruiters and Engineering Hiring Managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies.
  • Own market mapping and competitive intelligence for difficult-to-fill technical roles.
  • Drive outreach and initial candidate engagement across concurrent requisitions.
  • Advise hiring managers on role scoping, leveling, and sourcing strategy.
  • Present sourcing strategies and market insights to recruiting and engineering partners.
  • Use funnel data to calibrate candidate profiles with recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Provide a high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through interview handoff.
  • Improve sourcing processes, tools, and market-intelligence sharing across the team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably supporting senior or staff-level software engineering or infrastructure roles.
  • Expertise in Boolean and X-ray search techniques.
  • Fluency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and GitHub.
  • Experience with market mapping and competitive intelligence.
  • Proven ability to consult with hiring managers on role scoping, leveling, and sourcing strategy.
  • Excellent written outreach and candidate-engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions independently and with strong ownership.
  • Comfort using AI tools and emerging sourcing techniques, including AI-assisted search, market research, and LLM-based outreach drafting.
