Description

  • Research and source candidates across early-stage SaaS startup searches.
  • Identify strong candidates from individual contributors through executive-level talent.
  • Support searches for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Calibrate with sourcers and recruiters on role notes and search direction.
  • Research profiles and add qualified candidates to shared projects.
  • Partner with the recruiting team as they move candidates through the hiring process.
  • Focus heavily on product engineering and design searches, with additional GTM and G&A work.

Requirements

  • Experience identifying candidates across multiple seniority levels, from IC to executive.
  • Strong sourcing capability for technical roles.
  • Ability to work part time and remotely.
  • Comfort collaborating with recruiters and hiring teams on search calibration.
  • Familiarity with recruiting for early-stage SaaS startups (preferred).
  • Experience across product engineering/design, GTM, or G&A searches (preferred).
  • Ability to deliver outcomes independently without a fixed hour requirement.
  • Resume submission and completion of pre-screening questions are required to apply.
