Description

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities aligned with customer needs and the broader product ecosystem.
  • Translate business and internal needs into clear, actionable product direction and solutions.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Platform Engineering, and IT to deliver product capabilities.
  • Use AI to improve how engineers deliver software.
  • Prepare ROI analyses to support investment and development planning.
  • Establish estimates and timelines in partnership with Engineering and IT.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
  • Communicate product direction and stakeholder updates effectively, including with senior leadership.
  • Maintain industry expertise through workshops, publications, professional development, and professional networks.
  • Translate complex internal requirements into practical product concepts and solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager.
  • Complementary experience in DevOps Engineering, Legal Technology, or Software Development is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps, pipelines, and platform concepts.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand engineering concepts and constraints.
  • Demonstrated ability to use qualitative and quantitative insights to prioritize decisions.
  • Metrics-driven mindset with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Experience with agile/scrum methodologies and lean product development principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to large and senior audiences.
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Advanced English level is required for working with US clients.
