Description

  • Own project timing, coordination, follow-up, and delivery for assigned initiatives.
  • Plan, scope, prioritize, and coordinate work directly with Product Managers.
  • Design and deliver high-quality software at a consistent pace.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly and regularly.
  • Work independently with minimal oversight and seek support when needed.
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers on engineering best practices.
  • Contribute to and improve team processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • 4+ years of hands-on Ruby on Rails experience.
  • 3+ years of React experience.
  • Demonstrated senior-level engineering experience or equivalent.
  • Experience working directly with Product Managers on planning and prioritization.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching junior engineers.
  • Strong debugging and full-stack problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong asynchronous and real-time communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code in daily engineering workflows.
