Description

  • Deliver product features using AI coding agents by writing detailed specifications, context, and acceptance criteria.
  • Review and validate agent-generated code, identifying defects before production release.
  • Own features end to end, including requirements clarification, testing, deployment, monitoring, and regression management.
  • Improve shared agent context, prompts, rules, and guardrails for the engineering team.
  • Conduct code and technical documentation reviews to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, monitor production systems, and respond to incidents.
  • Contribute to a strong engineering culture focused on clean architecture and reliable delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience.
  • Production experience using AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar.
  • Commercial experience with PHP, Node.js, or Golang.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Working knowledge of Docker for application development and deployment.
  • Practical experience with testing methodologies and defining sufficient test coverage.
  • Basic knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, AWS, and cloud-native solutions.
  • Ability to write technical documentation using approaches such as C4 and ADRs.
  • Strong task decomposition and prioritization skills, with fluent written and spoken English.
