Description

  • Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex issues involving server-wide performance, custom workflows, and CMS integrations.
  • Resolve escalated technical issues by coordinating with CloudOps, Product Development, and Professional Services.
  • Communicate system outages and critical technical issues to Project Managers and affected clients.
  • Mentor junior team members and support their technical development.
  • Diagnose system bugs and raise awareness of technical problems across user groups.
  • Assess and document process optimization opportunities for assigned accounts through discussions with clients and Project Managers.
  • Design, deliver, and test end-to-end technical configurations.
  • Monitor anticipated costs for solution implementations and Professional Services and contribute to Statements of Work.
  • Document functional specifications to support developers in delivering customizations.
  • Deliver system training to internal and external stakeholders and create written and recorded training materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced English level required for working with US clients.
  • Experience resolving complex technical challenges using methodical problem-solving.
  • Strong understanding of hardware and networking concepts to support system infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of content creation tools and file formats including XML, HTML, SGML derivatives, MS Office, and FrameMaker.
  • Experience managing incidents in enterprise portals such as Salesforce, BMC, or equivalent ticketing systems.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and interest in emerging technologies.
  • Familiarity with localization processes and technology certifications such as RWS Studio and RWS TMS (preferred).
  • Advanced diplomacy and negotiation skills for stakeholder management (preferred).
