Description

  • Engage prospective students through phone, text, and email outreach on an expected cadence.
  • Qualify new inquiries and applicants through meaningful conversations and timely follow-up.
  • Identify and understand prospective students’ needs using critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving.
  • Articulate institutional offerings and differentiators to individual prospects and larger audiences at virtual and in-person events.
  • Guide prospects through the application lifecycle from inquiry through deposit.
  • Provide accurate and ethical advice in line with university policies and procedures.
  • Maintain continuous engagement with prospects and applicants throughout the full recruitment cycle.
  • Meet recruitment benchmarks and support positive enrollment outcomes.
  • Act with integrity and credibility in the best interests of the university partner and prospective students.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; graduate experience is a plus.
  • 1+ years of experience in higher education, admissions, recruitment, and/or sales preferred but not required.
  • Project management experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience managing multiple deadlines and projects.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently with little direction.
  • Positive attitude with grit, drive, and persistence.
  • Legal authorization to live and work in the United States.
  • Must reside within the United States for the duration of employment.
