Description

  • Serve as the primary client-facing marketing lead for a portfolio of academic programs and maintain strong partner relationships.
  • Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns to support enrollment growth.
  • Manage a lean team of creative and media resources and coordinate day-to-day marketing operations.
  • Develop recruitment marketing strategies that are data-informed, brand-aligned, and responsive to real-time market feedback.
  • Review dashboards, analyze performance data, and translate insights into strategic recommendations and optimizations.
  • Create executive-level materials, presentations, and storytelling assets to build partner buy-in and alignment.
  • Collaborate with enrollment leadership, the General Manager, the Enrollment Director, and internal teams across Creative, Demand Generation, Analytics, and Project Management.
  • Work with the Marketing Manager and Audience Partnerships to identify high-value audiences and launch partnership campaigns.
  • Monitor emerging trends, consumer preferences, and channel performance to test new marketing approaches.
  • Leverage AI and process improvements to increase operational efficiency and scale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7-10 years of marketing experience, with a significant portion in higher education, education technology, or B2B2C business models.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Previous experience managing direct reports preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience building strong cross-functional and senior-level relationships, influencing stakeholders, and driving alignment across a partnership.
  • Experience reviewing marketing content created for clients.
  • Familiarity with Wrike, or a similar project management system, is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace, including Docs, Slides, and Sheets.
