Description

  • Manage project timelines, schedules, workflows, and project builds in Wrike to keep briefs, kickoffs, and deliverables on track.
  • Coordinate briefs, review marketing assets for typos, brand consistency, and content alignment, and prepare materials for approval.
  • Organize website maintenance and content updates across university partner workstreams.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders such as Integrated Marketing Directors, General Managers, and marketing and enrollment teams to support project execution.
  • Monitor milestones, performance, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple projects and escalate or mitigate concerns with the Integrated Marketing Director and PMO.
  • Lead cross-functional internal meetings and document action items in the project management system.
  • Review performance dashboards and draft partner-facing reports, presentations, and communications that are clear, accurate, and grammatically correct.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to standardize file structures and maintain project artifacts for internal and client access.
  • Work with internal team members and vendors to ensure schedules are met and deliverables are completed on time.
  • Support recruiting, enrollment, and retention marketing efforts across the student lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-3 years of previous marketing experience.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Great attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over project outcomes.
  • Experience reviewing marketing content.
  • Familiarity with Wrike or a similar project management system.
  • Ability to delegate and follow up with partners, colleagues, and vendors in a positive and effective manner.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace, including Docs, Slides, and Sheets.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment.
  • Understanding of tech and interdepartmental dependencies.
  • Must be available during US core business hours from 9am-5pm.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, organized workspace for remote camera-on meetings.
  • Must be legally authorized to live and work in the United States and reside in the U.S. for the duration of employment.
