Description

  • Answer incoming calls, chats, and emails in a courteous and professional manner on behalf of NoGigiddy and partner clients.
  • Screen and route inquiries to the appropriate team members or departments.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and send confirmation communications.
  • Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up on open items.
  • Maintain a virtual front desk presence during designated business hours.
  • Update contact records and intake forms using CRM tools.
  • Handle a high volume of communications efficiently while maintaining warmth and accuracy.

Requirements

  • No degree required.
  • Prior customer-facing experience is a plus but not required.
  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask across channels.
  • Comfortable with basic scheduling software, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
  • Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a quality headset or microphone.
  • Dependable availability during scheduled hours is non-negotiable.
