Description

  • Respond to user inquiries through email, chat, and social media in a timely, professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot issues involving offers, account access, and platform navigation.
  • Escalate complex issues with complete context and documentation.
  • Maintain detailed user interaction records in the support CRM.
  • Identify recurring issues and report trends to the product team.
  • Write and update FAQ and help center articles.
  • Provide solution-focused support that maintains strong CSAT scores.

Requirements

  • No degree required.
  • Prior customer support experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
  • Clear, empathetic written and verbal communication skills.
  • Patience and composure when handling upset users.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage high ticket volume.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, Intercom, or similar support tools is a plus.
