Description

  • Contribute to project plans covering scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
  • Organize and maintain project boards to keep tasks visible and up to date.
  • Track project progress, monitor deadlines, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Maintain project documentation such as meeting notes, status reports, and schedules.
  • Participate in daily stand-up meetings to align the team and surface blockers.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to balance scope, schedule, and quality trade-offs.
  • Test product or system features before release to ensure acceptance criteria and quality standards are met.
  • Serve as a communication link between the development team and the Product Manager or Senior Project Manager.
  • Provide stakeholders with timely updates on progress, scope changes, and potential delays.
  • Support senior PMs by helping estimate effort and resource requirements.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience managing software development projects.
  • Basic understanding of web application development.
  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
  • Understanding of Agile methodology, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Theoretical knowledge of user stories and user flow creation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Successfully completed IT project management courses.
  • Strong theoretical knowledge of project management principles.
  • Desire to understand how apps are built in detail.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented personality.
  • Goal-oriented team player with a strong willingness to learn quickly.
