Description

  • Own client relationships across a defined portfolio of engagements.
  • Build long-term partnerships grounded in trust, honesty, and business understanding.
  • Co-discover client needs and frame engagements around business impact and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify, shape, and support expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Partner with Growth Managing Principals on account planning and growth strategy.
  • Track client satisfaction and delivery risk proactively, surfacing concerns early.
  • Escalate issues to senior leadership when needed to protect delivery health.
  • Stay close to day-to-day delivery work, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and client reviews.
  • Work across Growth, Delivery, and Solutions to keep execution aligned and client experience seamless.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in client-facing roles with ownership of relationships, delivery, and account growth.
  • Experience in technology, data, or AI consulting, strongly preferred.
  • English proficiency at C1 level.
  • Ability to communicate with executives and handle difficult conversations effectively.
  • Comfort managing engagements day to day while also developing a view of account direction.
  • Track record of collaborating across Growth, Delivery, and Solutions to create seamless client experiences.
  • Background in data science, AI, or digital transformation is a bonus.
  • Experience in high-growth environments is a bonus.
  • Prior people management experience in client-facing roles is a bonus.
