Description

  • Achieve annual sales quota and personally negotiate enterprise-wide agreements.
  • Coordinate and lead sales activities to support business goals.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and build market share within assigned regions.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing NiCE customers.
  • Establish new strategic relationships and develop high-level relationships with C-level executives.
  • Analyze customer business situations to uncover constraints and opportunities created by technological advances.
  • Ensure proposed sales solutions align with NiCE CXone Mpower strengths and can be implemented successfully.
  • Initiate, support, develop, and monitor purchasing agreements between NiCE CXone Mpower and customers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience selling multiple software products and services into sophisticated accounts in a hunter-type sales role.
  • 1-2 years of experience selling AI software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications.
  • Superior relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and resolve customer escalations.
  • Collaborative sales approach with experience working across multiple internal and external groups.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with C-level and VP-level executives.
  • Inherent self-sufficiency, flexibility, confidence, and preference for autonomy in managing activities and processes.
  • Experience or knowledge of CCaaS, CX, and Conversational AI solutions is preferred.
  • Experience or knowledge selling a full suite of SaaS products is preferred.
