Description

  • Design, build, and implement advanced Conversational AI solutions for customers and partners.
  • Lead complex post-sales consulting and implementation projects from pilot or PoC through full deployment.
  • Provide deep technical guidance and architectural best practices for enterprise-scale solutions.
  • Resolve complex technical issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development and inform product strategy.
  • Deliver technical training, workshops, and best-practice enablement for customers and partners.
  • Create precise technical documentation for implementations and issue resolution.
  • Align technical solutions with business objectives and customer value.
  • Contribute reporting and metrics support as needed.
  • Work in an individual contributor capacity while managing high-impact engagements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Experience with Cognigy or an equivalent Conversational AI platform.
  • Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges.
  • Strong ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts clearly.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and Python.
  • Experience with back-end integrations.
  • Experience with HTML and CSS for front-end design.
  • Experience with server-side applications and data manipulation.
