Description

  • Design, build, and implement advanced Conversational AI solutions for customers and partners.
  • Drive complex projects from pilot or proof of concept through full implementation for enterprise clients.
  • Provide deep technical guidance and shape architectural best practices for advanced solutions.
  • Solve complex technical challenges using scalable and innovative approaches.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support business development and inform product strategy.
  • Deliver technical training, workshops, and best practices to customers and partners.
  • Develop clear technical documentation and resolve complex technical issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a highly experienced individual contributor on high-impact projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Strong experience with Python, Java, Node.js, APIs, SDKs, and cloud-based platforms.
  • Proven experience with Cognigy or an equivalent Conversational AI platform.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver scalable and innovative solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must be fluent in English; German is a plus.
  • Experience working in advanced technical implementations with high-level individual contribution.
  • Experience in post-sales consulting and implementation is preferred.
