Description

  • Partner with the sales team to plan, prepare, and execute complex enterprise deals across DACH and expansion markets.
  • Lead discovery calls and technical deep dives with enterprise stakeholders to uncover pain points and business requirements.
  • Create and deliver customized product demonstrations and presentations for technical and business audiences.
  • Design and recommend customer-specific solutions and communicate NiCE Cognigy’s value proposition.
  • Run and support POCs/POVs that demonstrate value in real enterprise environments.
  • Represent NiCE Cognigy at customer events, webinars, trade shows, and marketing activities as a thought leader.
  • Stay current on the competitive landscape and provide technical comparisons against competing AI agent platforms.
  • Collaborate with product and internal teams to relay customer requirements and support internal enablement.

Requirements

  • Tenured experience in presales, sales engineering, or solution consulting, ideally managing complex enterprise deals end to end.
  • Deep background in enterprise software, particularly contact center (CCaaS) or automation technologies.
  • Hands-on experience presenting AI Agents, agentic AI, conversational AI, and generative AI technologies.
  • Active use of LLMs and AI tools in daily work, including tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, v0, Lovable, Replit Agent, Claude, or ChatGPT.
  • JavaScript programming or scripting experience is essential; Java, Python, or similar languages are a plus.
  • Understanding of contact center technology such as SIP, SBCs, ACD, ASR, and TTS, plus experience with conversation, IVR, or chatbot design.
  • Confident, engaging presenter comfortable speaking at customer and industry events.
  • Strong grasp of NLU/NLP, conversational AI technologies, and related software, including UI/UX.
  • Ability to translate complex technology into clear business value and build rapport with senior enterprise stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; fluent in German and English, with additional regional languages as a plus.
