Description

  • Own end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams, partners, and dependencies.
  • Manage the integrated program plan, critical path, release sequencing, and cross-stream dependencies.
  • Lead programs through high-pressure go-live and stabilisation phases.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for customers on rollout, delivery, and production outcomes.
  • Run program governance forums, including steering committees, stage gates, RAID, and decision logs.
  • Set and enforce delivery standards, gate criteria, non-functional requirements, and implementation methodology.
  • Coach and quality-assure Project Managers through functional guidance, standard-setting, and artefact/reporting discipline.
  • Build Project Management capability and advise on resourcing priorities across the portfolio.
  • Act as a senior point of contact for client sponsors, internal executives, implementation partners, and vendors.
  • Manage program risk, forecasting, cost discipline, and compliance obligations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years delivering large, complex technology programs.
  • Several years of senior program leadership experience overseeing multiple Project Managers.
  • Proven delivery of enterprise software programs in contact centre, CX, or workforce management technology.
  • Experience with adjacent SaaS domains such as NiCE, Genesys, Cisco, or Avaya.
  • Strong program governance and vendor/partner management experience in multi-party delivery environments.
  • Experience delivering to regulated or public-sector clients with security and data-protection obligations.
  • Credible executive communicator who remains calm and decisive under pressure.
  • Experience working in multi-cultural environments with regional and global customers.
  • Cross-cultural delivery experience across APAC markets such as Australia, Japan, and the UAE (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI/automation platforms such as conversational AI, voice, and biometrics (preferred).
  • Background in vendor-side professional services or systems integration delivery (preferred).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT management or Business (preferred).
