Description

  • Manage high-visibility software and AI/GenAI projects to ensure delivery meets scope, timeline, and customer expectations.
  • Own project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and core project documentation.
  • Serve as the primary client partner and maintain clear, consistent communication with executive leadership.
  • Drive ownership, accountability, and team alignment across project stakeholders.
  • Manage escalations with professionalism and urgency.
  • Guide teams through the full project lifecycle from initiation through closure.
  • Collaborate with technical, product, and AI/GenAI stakeholders to align roadmap priorities and support go-to-market readiness.
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery issues.
  • Mentor project managers and promote best practices across the PMO.
  • Adapt project approaches as priorities shift to meet evolving business and customer needs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of project management experience leading complex, customer-facing software delivery projects.
  • Proven success managing end-to-end delivery using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Experience delivering technical, SaaS, and AI/GenAI projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of managing risks, revenue, and escalations.
  • Excellent communication and expectation management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with project management and reporting tools such as MS Project, Salesforce, Rocketlane, and Power BI.
  • PMP certification required.
  • Experience overseeing multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Leadership presence and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience supporting roadmap alignment and go-to-market readiness (preferred).
