Description

  • Deploy against the TMO’s highest-priority initiative and shift between priorities as business needs change.
  • Structure ambiguous cross-functional problems into clear problem statements, hypotheses, and workplans.
  • Independently run workstreams or diagnostic efforts end to end.
  • Drive accountability across functions and seniority levels without direct management authority.
  • Convene workstreams and align competing stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
  • Produce executive-level writing and recommendations that resonate with senior leaders.
  • Move fluidly across different problem types while maintaining rigor and credibility.
  • Support strategic transformation initiatives connected to the company’s mandate.

Requirements

  • MBB or equivalent top-tier consulting background is required.
  • Current Project Leader or Principal experience at a top-tier firm, or former MBB consultant with a few years in an operating role.
  • Strong generalist experience across strategy, operations, AI, and analytics.
  • Track record of driving outcomes, not just managing well-structured programs.
  • Comfort engaging senior stakeholders quickly, including functional SVPs or VPs.
  • Ability to influence and hold accountable people you do not manage, including senior stakeholders.
  • Experience inside a company undergoing rapid growth, transformation, or major strategic change is preferred.
  • Exposure to AI-driven transformation, cost or organizational-health diagnostics, or Quote-to-Cash / revenue systems modernization is preferred.
  • Experience working in flexible, cross-functional teams with shifting priorities is preferred.
