Description

  • Consult with Wealth Advisors on portfolio strategy, objectives, and investment implementation.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for investment and portfolio management matters within Wealth Management.
  • Ensure accurate completion and audit of portfolio implementations against target objectives.
  • Support newly acquired firms as they assimilate to the firm’s investment platform and models.
  • Develop investment deliverables, analytics, proposals, and supporting materials for prospective clients and Wealth Management teams.
  • Communicate the firm’s investment philosophy and available strategies clearly to advisor teams.
  • Provide proactive status updates on portfolio implementations and troubleshoot portfolio inquiries.
  • Lead presentations on investment topics for Wealth Advisor teams.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Portfolio Management, Compliance, Trading, and central teams on workflows and process improvements.
  • Train and support new hires and new Portfolio Consultants on investment platform competencies and standardized processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred, ideally in Business, Economics, Psychology, or Finance.
  • CFP® and/or Series 65 required.
  • CFA or an advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial industry.
  • Working knowledge of Orion and Morningstar preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced data analytics, preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a highly collaborative approach.
  • Ability to manage, prioritize, and execute multiple time-sensitive tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional early or late hours as needed.
  • Travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Ability to work in an office or dedicated home office workspace free of interruptions.

  • Base pay range of $76,500 to $90,000 USD.
