Description

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closure, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and aligned to success criteria.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with internal stakeholders, partners, and customers.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication, align expectations, and translate business needs into actionable delivery plans.
  • Lead project kick-off meetings and establish governance, roles, responsibilities, risks, dependencies, timelines, and communication cadence.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, diagrams, communication artifacts, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Estimate resource needs, negotiate allocation, and manage dependencies and the critical path.
  • Proactively manage scope changes, risks, issues, and contingency plans to reduce delivery impact.
  • Prepare and deliver status updates, progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Obtain customer sign-off, conduct retrospectives, and create best practices and reusable tools to improve future delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 5–10+ years of customer-facing project management experience, with enterprise experience preferred.
  • Experience in call center or contact center environments is preferred.
  • Telephony and/or call recording industry experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success delivering projects on time and within scope.
  • Strong project planning, coordination, and execution skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence in executive and customer-facing settings.
  • Strong understanding of technology and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • PMP certification required (PMI).
  • Financial and budget competency, with the ability to plan several months in advance and influence cross-functional teams.
