Description

Own and lead the end-to-end growth roadmap across revenue, acquisition, conversion, activation, engagement, retention and premium conversion to drive measurable improvements.
Identify, prioritise and scale high-impact growth levers across product experiences.
Design and run rigorous experiments (A/B tests, fakedoor tests, etc.) to validate hypotheses and inform strategy.
Continuously optimise user journeys and feature adoption using behavioural and commercial data.
Champion high-quality product craft from clear problem definition through polished execution.
Translate complex user and business needs into focused roadmaps and well-defined opportunities.
Embed frictionless UX and strong activation mechanics into all growth initiatives.
Partner cross-functionally with engineers, designers, community managers and other teams to deliver impact.
Communicate growth strategy and prioritisation trade-offs, align stakeholders around clear KPIs, and lead initiatives from discovery through delivery and iteration while improving experimentation and decision-making velocity.

Requirements

Significant experience as a Product Manager with demonstrated ownership of growth or conversion initiatives.
Strong understanding of growth frameworks and acquisition/conversion funnels.
Proven experience running structured experimentation programmes and making data-informed decisions.
Deep knowledge of acquisition channels and optimisations across a full user journey.
Strong product craft with the ability to balance user experience and commercial impact.
Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to align stakeholders around KPIs.
Customer-obsessed mindset and analytically rigorous approach.
Solid understanding of eCommerce and subscription models, with premium conversion/subscription optimisation experience a plus.
Nice-to-have: experience leading growth in community, gaming or UGC platforms; understanding of game modding and the Nexus Mods ecosystem; passion for gaming.

Benefits

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000.
4-day work week (32 hours) with no reduction in pay.
Remote role (must be based in the UK).
£25 per month allowance to spend on video games (business buys anything required for work).
