Description

  • Develop product vision and strategy for your area, aligned to broader company goals and strategic pillars.
  • Translate complex user and business needs into focused roadmaps and well-defined opportunities.
  • Prioritise and maintain a long-term product roadmap for your team.
  • Use data, user insights, and experimentation methods such as A/B testing and fake door tests to validate hypotheses and guide strategy.
  • Drive clear alignment on strategy, roadmap, and metrics across Nexus Mods.
  • Lead initiatives from discovery through delivery and iteration.
  • Optimise user journeys and feature adoption using behavioural and commercial data.
  • Ship impactful, high-visibility features that improve key metrics for Nexus Mods.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineers, Designers, and Community Managers to deliver impact.
  • Align stakeholders around clear KPIs and shared success metrics.
  • Improve processes that accelerate product craft and decision-making velocity.

Requirements

  • Significant experience as a Product Manager with ownership of retention, engagement, and activation metrics.
  • Experience distilling complexity into clarity and leading teams through ambiguity.
  • Experience building ambitious product visions and strategies for broad audiences.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to adapt ideas for different audiences and contexts.
  • Strong understanding of product development frameworks.
  • Comfort using research, analysis, and A/B testing to inform decisions.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions and validate ideas.
  • Ability to think clearly across technical concepts, design trade-offs, and data-informed iteration.
  • Strong product craft with the ability to balance user experience and commercial impact.
  • Experience leading product in community, gaming, or UGC platforms is a bonus.
  • Understanding of games modding and the Nexus Mods ecosystem is a bonus.
  • Passion for gaming is a bonus.
  • Must be based within the UK.
  • International visa sponsorship is not available.

  • £60,000 - £70,000 salary.
  • 4-day week of 32 hours with no reduction in pay.
