Description

  • Lead prioritization, planning, and execution of product roadmaps for assigned ambulatory specialty care products.
  • Oversee end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
  • Partner with Product Lead, Squad Technical Owner, and cross-functional teams (UX/UI, engineering, sales, marketing, services, support) to deliver product features and coordinate GTM activities.
  • Translate customer and market insights into product requirements, epics, user stories, mockups, and validated backlog items.
  • Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies and continuously groom the backlog with Squad Technical Owners.
  • Develop business cases including financial analysis, market opportunity assessments, and ROI projections to support roadmap decisions.
  • Champion a user-centric approach by conducting customer discovery, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into designs.
  • Maintain and communicate regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, ERISA) to internal and external stakeholders and translate them into product work items.
  • Mentor and guide junior product managers and support their professional development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant technical experience, preferably in the healthcare practice space.
  • Proven track record as a Product Manager, preferably in SaaS and ambulatory specialty care.
  • Undergraduate degree.
  • Ability to engage with practice/business owners, accounting professionals, and back-office personnel and synthesize client needs and pain points.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate across functional teams and execute day-to-day operational activities.
  • Knowledge of industry regulatory trends and compliance and ability to translate regulatory requirements into product requirements.
  • Willingness to work remotely in the US and travel long-distance or by air as needed.
  • Preferred: exposure to ambulatory practices, familiarity with Jira and Agile software development, and Pragmatic Marketing certification.
