Description

  • Act as the RCM subject-matter expert during the sales process, demonstrating Nextech’s value across front-end capture, coding/CDI, claims submission, denials management, A/R optimization, payment posting, and analytics.
  • Lead discovery sessions with healthcare executives to identify operational pain points and opportunities.
  • Translate complex clinical and financial workflows into clear, outcome-focused solution narratives and value propositions.
  • Partner with Account Executives on mid-market and enterprise sales cycles and support deals and client engagement activities.
  • Participate in product demos, build proposals, deliver executive presentations, and support RFP responses.
  • Validate ROI and quantify performance impact during pricing and contract discussions.
  • Share industry best practices, regulatory insights, and competitive intelligence with clients and internal teams; provide market feedback to product and leadership.
  • Ensure sales activities comply with applicable regulations and standards (EEO, HIPAA, ERISA) and carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management (operations, leadership, or advisory).
  • Demonstrated expertise across multiple RCM functions (e.g., front-end capture, coding/CDI, claims, denials, A/R).
  • Experience working with physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), or specialty providers.
  • Strong understanding of payer dynamics and ability to engage confidently with C-suite leaders.
  • Experience in ROI modeling and supporting pricing/RFP discussions (preferred).
  • RCM consulting or healthcare SaaS experience (preferred).
  • Familiarity with EHR and RCM platforms and strong presentation/storytelling skills (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% and work remotely within the United States (role is not open to residents of California or Washington).
  • Knowledge of relevant compliance and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, ERISA) and ability to conduct work in compliance with those regulations.
