Description

  • Build and scale full-funnel demand generation campaigns across paid, web, email, and experimental channels.
  • Drive campaign testing, KPI tracking, reporting, and analysis to improve performance and inform future strategy.
  • Develop personalization and tailored content plans to engage and convert target accounts.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Events, Creative, Sales, Client Success, and Product teams to create lead-generating campaigns.
  • Design and maintain audience lists and prospecting strategies for account segmentation and targeting.
  • Support demand generation planning and execution across multiple specialty markets.
  • Monitor campaign and lead KPIs and report on results to stakeholders.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as needed based on business requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demand generation or similar experience in a B2B environment.
  • Experience building campaigns across organic and paid channels, including email, SEM, paid social, display/retargeting, events, and industry or association partners.
  • Experience using data to assess campaign performance and recommend next steps.
  • Deep experience with email marketing, including tailored drip programs and management of customer and prospect lists.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse partners, influence without direct authority, and build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for sharing complex programs, processes, recommendations, and data.
  • Strong strategic thinking, program management, and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Advanced experience working with HubSpot, SEM, SEO, paid social, and related platforms is preferred.
