Description

  • Source and headhunt Swedish-speaking candidates for overseas roles.
  • Source and headhunt English-speaking candidates for language-based roles.
  • Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to understand client needs and job profiles.
  • Manage your own candidate pipeline and work proactively to fill open roles.
  • Follow up with placed candidates to support smooth onboarding.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Swedish at native or near-native level.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, with agency or international recruitment experience preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a freelance, commission-based environment.
  • Skilled in sourcing and headhunting, especially via LinkedIn and social media.
  • Self-driven, organised, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable dedicating around 30–40 hours per week.
  • Passionate about helping people move abroad for work.
