Description

  • Source and headhunt Italian-speaking candidates for international positions.
  • Recruit candidates in English for multilingual roles across Europe.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
  • Present high-quality candidates to clients.
  • Build and manage a personal candidate pipeline from scratch.
  • Maintain clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate closely with the international recruitment team.
  • Follow up with candidates after placement to support onboarding.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native Italian fluency and strong English skills.
  • Previous experience working for a recruitment agency is required.
  • Experience managing the full recruitment cycle.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using job portals and social media.
  • Comfortable working independently with performance-based targets.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Passion for candidate experience and quality-driven recruitment.
  • Availability to dedicate approximately 30–40 hours per week.
  • Applications without previous agency recruitment experience will not be considered.
