Description

  • Source and headhunt Dutch-speaking candidates for overseas roles.
  • Source and headhunt English-speaking candidates for language-based roles.
  • Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
  • Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to understand client needs and job profiles.
  • Manage your own candidate pipeline and work proactively to fill open roles.
  • Follow up with placed candidates to support smooth onboarding.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch at native or near-native level and proficient in English.
  • Previous recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or international setting.
  • Comfortable working in a freelance, commission-based environment.
  • Experience sourcing and headhunting candidates, especially through LinkedIn and social media.
  • Self-driven, organised, and able to work independently.
  • Able to dedicate around 30–40 hours per week.
  • Passionate about helping people work abroad.
