Description

  • Lead, coach, and mentor Software Engineers delivering customer professional services projects.
  • Gather requirements from end users, IT teams, and stakeholders for ITSM, HRSD, and Service Portal solutions.
  • Customize ServiceNow applications, configure workflows and user interfaces, and support application rollouts.
  • Configure REST and SOAP integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
  • Develop and validate service maps, impact assessment rules, and event management solutions with technical stakeholders.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and promote update sets and data across ServiceNow environments.
  • Remediate production incidents and maintain operational documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Create technical designs and user documentation while aligning solutions with established ServiceNow patterns.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience implementing, administering, configuring, or developing ServiceNow across at least two capabilities, including ITSM, HRSD, or Service Portal.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems using MID Servers and cloud-to-cloud connections.
  • Experience with SOAP, REST, bi-directional, and automated web service integrations.
  • Experience with JDBC, ODBC, ETL, or other data extraction technologies.
  • Experience implementing ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Software Asset Management, ITSM, Service Catalog, and Workflows.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow CMDB and related processes.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, Scripted REST APIs, and Script Includes.
  • Four-year degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems, or equivalent demonstrated work experience.
  • Willingness to complete ServiceNow competency certifications and module accreditations.
  • ITIL Foundation and ServiceNow CSA or CAD certifications preferred.
