Description

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Software Engineers delivering customer professional services projects.
  • Implement and develop ServiceNow customizations from functional and technical requirements using internal standards and leading practices.
  • Design and implement CSM, integrations, custom applications, service portals, and user interfaces.
  • Develop integrated logic and functional components using ServiceNow internal services and REST APIs.
  • Install, configure, and integrate ServiceNow CSM, Discovery, Service Mapping, Service Graph Connectors, certification management, and Multisource CMDB solutions.
  • Configure and maintain MID servers, Identification Rules, custom infrastructure and application patterns, and multi-tier service discovery.
  • Prevent duplicate configuration items using CI identifiers and migrate Service Mapping patterns between environments.
  • Collaborate with customers and project teams to deliver innovative solutions that achieve business goals.

Requirements

  • Experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and custom applications.
  • Ability to communicate and implement CSM and integration solutions.
  • Experience with enterprise service-oriented and distributed application architectures.
  • Knowledge of credential-less and credential-based Discovery.
  • Experience configuring Discovery, Service Mapping, Service Graph Connectors, certification management, and Multisource CMDB.
  • Proficiency with Service Mapping command-line tools, Identification Rules, advanced patterns, and pattern migration.
  • Ability to configure, manage, and maintain ServiceNow MID servers.
  • Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD) or CIS-ITSM certification.
  • Experience leading or mentoring software engineering teams on complex professional services projects.
