Description

  • Lead technical and strategic pre-sales conversations with enterprise clients.
  • Partner with Account Executives to manage pipeline hygiene and deal qualification.
  • Translate business objectives into concrete AI use cases and solution approaches.
  • Navigate complex external software integrations and enterprise ecosystems.
  • Architect tailored professional services engagements across the AI lifecycle.
  • Create precise pre-sales scoping estimates using modular decomposition and complexity parameters.
  • Draft work breakdown structures and technical frameworks for statements of work.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on NewRocket’s Anthropic Professional Services offerings.
  • Map evolving Anthropic capabilities to client challenges and service needs.
  • Present Claude-based value propositions to executive and technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, pre-sales, or technical architecture.
  • Experience in enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, or AI preferred.
  • Active Anthropic certifications are strongly preferred or required within a designated timeframe, including CCAF, CCDF, and CCAF/P.
  • Deep understanding of generative AI concepts and large language models, specifically Claude.
  • Knowledge of how AI solutions integrate with enterprise data and automation platforms.
  • Strong background in enterprise architecture and precise scoping methodologies.
  • Experience producing pre-sales artifacts and technical frameworks.
  • Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts to business leaders and C-level executives.
  • Proven track record of managing deal cycles and supporting pipeline velocity.
  • Direct contribution to revenue growth through strategic pre-sales activities.
