Description

  • Lead technical architecture and delivery on billable client engagements alongside forward deployed engineers.
  • Map client enterprise landscapes, including ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, custom systems and integrations.
  • Translate business processes into agent-ready requirements covering tasks, data, decisions, permissions and approval points.
  • Define integration and data-access architectures using APIs, iPaaS, event streams, MCP and tool-calling layers.
  • Guide agentic workflows from pilot through testing, change management, release, monitoring and operational handoff to production.
  • Design agent identity, access, audit logging and governance controls, and secure approval from security, risk and compliance stakeholders.
  • Advise CIOs, CTOs, enterprise architects and platform owners on agentic AI use cases and architecture decisions.
  • Create reusable architecture blueprints, integration playbooks and readiness assessments for the broader practice.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture or technical leadership in complex enterprise software environments.
  • Hands-on knowledge of at least two major enterprise platforms, such as ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce or Workday, including data models, APIs, extensions and upgrade constraints.
  • Experience with enterprise integration, including REST and SOAP APIs, middleware or iPaaS tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi or SAP Integration Suite, event-driven architecture and master data management.
  • Production experience with AI or automation, including LLM applications, agentic workflows, RPA or intelligent automation.
  • Experience delivering enterprise systems from design through production, including SDLC, change control, testing, monitoring and operational support.
  • Knowledge of enterprise security and governance, including IAM, SSO, OAuth, role-based access, audit controls and SOX, GDPR or HIPAA requirements.
  • Client-facing consulting experience in a billable delivery model, with the ability to advise executive stakeholders.
  • Experience leading engineering teams on delivery engagements while remaining hands-on to unblock implementation.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Must live in the Western U.S. in the Pacific or Mountain time zone and be willing to travel up to 75% to client sites.
  • TOGAF, ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect, SAP or Oracle architecture certifications (preferred).
  • Familiarity with MCP, tool use, function calling, retrieval-augmented generation and agent evaluation methods (preferred).
  • Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP; Snowflake or Databricks; regulated industries; or embedded forward deployed engineering models (preferred).
