Description

  • Build, test, maintain, and document AI applications, workflows, and reusable accelerators.
  • Develop generative AI and LLM prototypes using Claude, RAG, APIs, and workflow automation tools.
  • Support agentic AI solutions involving enterprise context, approved tools, APIs, and process orchestration.
  • Implement prompt and context engineering, structured outputs, tool use, human review, and workflow patterns.
  • Prepare data and support document ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, evaluation, monitoring, and testing.
  • Assess AI performance across accuracy, groundedness, reliability, latency, cost, safety, and user experience.
  • Apply responsible AI and security practices, including privacy safeguards, access controls, prompt-injection protections, and human oversight.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, data science, ServiceNow, design, and consulting teams on requirements and solution delivery.
  • Support client demos, proof-of-concepts, technical research, implementation activities, and stakeholder communication.
  • Research emerging AI capabilities and contribute to documentation, playbooks, prompt libraries, Agent Packs, accelerators, and product ideas.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience through internships, co-ops, research, freelance work, academic projects, hackathons, or professional roles.
  • Experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or a similar programming language.
  • Foundational knowledge of software engineering, APIs, databases, source control, and cloud applications.
  • Exposure to generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, machine learning, data science, or automation.
  • Familiarity with context windows, token usage, embeddings, vector search, RAG, tool use/function calling, structured outputs, and model evaluation.
  • Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, SQL, Docker, LLM APIs, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or cloud AI services.
  • Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, model limitations, human oversight, and safe deployment.
  • Strong problem-solving, curiosity, attention to detail, communication, and willingness to learn.
  • Preferred: Experience with Claude or Anthropic tools, ServiceNow, cloud platforms, MCP, secure API integration, agile development, or enterprise AI projects.
