Description

  • Build, test, maintain, and document AI applications, workflows, and reusable accelerators.
  • Develop generative AI and LLM prototypes using Claude, RAG, APIs, and workflow automation tools.
  • Support agentic AI solutions using enterprise context, approved tools, APIs, and orchestration patterns.
  • Integrate AI capabilities with ServiceNow and other enterprise platforms.
  • Prepare data and documents for ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, evaluation, and testing.
  • Assess AI solutions for accuracy, reliability, groundedness, latency, cost, safety, and user experience.
  • Implement safeguards for privacy, access control, prompt injection, unsafe tool execution, and human oversight.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, design, data science, platform, and consulting teams.
  • Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, sprint planning, code reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Research emerging AI technologies and contribute to documentation, playbooks, accelerators, and Agent Packs.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience through internships, co-ops, research, freelance work, academic projects, or professional roles.
  • Experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or a similar programming language.
  • Foundational knowledge of software engineering, APIs, databases, source control, and cloud applications.
  • Exposure to generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, machine learning, data science, or automation.
  • Familiarity with embeddings, vector search, RAG, tool use/function calling, structured outputs, context windows, token usage, and model evaluation.
  • Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, SQL, Docker, LLM APIs, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or cloud AI services.
  • Understanding of responsible AI, privacy, model limitations, human oversight, and safe deployment.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, curiosity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
  • Preferred: Experience with Claude or Anthropic tools, ServiceNow, cloud platforms, vector databases, MCP, agile development, or AI/data projects.
