Description

  • Serve as the technical single point of contact for assigned customers and own the account’s technical strategic direction.
  • Drive value conversations through deep discovery, business alignment, and clear articulation of business outcomes.
  • Present and demonstrate New Relic solutions to audiences ranging from IT teams to business and executive stakeholders.
  • Partner with Sales Account Executives to qualify and uncover expansion opportunities with existing customers.
  • Lead value and business use case workshops to identify customer challenges and map solutions.
  • Support onboarding, adoption, renewal, and quarterly business reviews across the customer lifecycle.
  • Build confidence in the New Relic platform by differentiating capabilities and addressing technical objections and issues.
  • Train and enable customer centers of excellence and help drive revenue and consumption goals in the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and executive teams to support customer value realization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both internal partners and external technical and C-level customers.

Requirements

  • Hands-on knowledge of observability tools.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Ability to develop, position, and deliver product-centric and value-centric solutions.
  • Ability to present technical solutions to both technical and business audiences.
  • Strong business acumen combined with technical expertise.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and handle technical objections and issues.
  • Experience partnering with sales on technical and business qualification of expansion opportunities.
  • Ability to work with C-level executives and internal stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
  • Must be able to complete identity and employment eligibility verification.
  • Criminal background check required as a condition of employment.
  • May be required to pass an export compliance assessment depending on the role.
