Description

  • Manage 1-3 strategic California utility accounts as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Build and expand relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to plan and deliver work on time and at high quality during the delivery season.
  • Drive change management and product adoption within large utility organizations.
  • Help customers embed Overstory into their workflows and build internal champions.
  • Identify and execute expansion opportunities, including upsells and new product adoption.
  • Work closely with the product team to inform the roadmap based on customer needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role managing complex projects from start to finish.
  • Experience working with California-based utilities.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving measurable outcomes in the utility sector.
  • Experience leading change management in large, complex utility organizations.
  • Commercial experience in customer success, consulting, or an equivalent business-growth role.
  • Willingness to travel locally for on-site customer visits, with occasional travel for industry conferences.
  • Driver's license required.
  • Strong empathy and relationship-building ability.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and multi-project coordination skills.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to drive conversion, retention, and growth.
  • Preferred location/time zone: San Francisco Bay Area / PST.
